Onyx Basement Services were commissioned to provide waterproofing design and installation for a prestigious new-build residential property in Chigwell. This large-scale development includes a luxury private leisure complex, featuring a swimming pool, steam room, gym, and cinema room.

Our scope of work involved designing and installing a comprehensive waterproofing system, including a pre-applied Type A Delta DualProof membrane to the contiguous piled walls, and a Type C cavity drainage system. The internal system was supported by a bespoke packaged pump station, designed to effectively manage both ground and surface water.
